Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026. These terms apply to your use of getfluent.co.za (the site), run by Fluent AI (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/370696/07 (Fluent, we, us). By using the site, you agree to them.
What the site is for
The site explains how Fluent helps teams use AI in the work they already do, and lets you request a free AI audit. Our paid services, such as Zero To One Training, Coached Adoption and the Embedded AI Operator, are covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
The free AI audit
The AI audit is free from the team survey through to the board pack. Requesting one doesn’t commit you to anything further. We may decline or reschedule a request, for example if it falls outside what we can support.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, access it in ways we haven’t made available, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and other content on the site belong to Fluent or the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and testimonials appear with their permission. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without asking first.
Accuracy and results
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Case study figures describe the results of that client’s engagement. They are not a promise of the same results for every team.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as the Anthropic AI Fluency framework and our social channels. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Liability
As far as the law allows, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, Fluent isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
